Reservations canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund. After this free period, we will refund you for everything except for membership or service fees as long as you cancel more than 30 days in advance of check-in. We understand you may need to leave the network during a reservation, and we'd be sad to see you go! Leaving the network requires a 30-day notice regardless of the length of your stay. Reservations paid for in full are not eligible for a refund.
